Position Expectations:

  • Prioritise and effect timely resolution of Incidents and Service Requests including keeping jobs up to date.
  • Support and manage the video conferencing, telephony and printing equipment including iOS Devices in the Sydney office, including the set up and maintenance of conference/meeting rooms.
  • Identify and manage site-related IT Issues.
  • Provide Level 2 Desktop support in the ICT environment.
  • Provide backup to the Corporate Service Desk.
  • Provide technical assistance with projects.


Desirable qualifications an experience:


Industry experience of at least 3 years within a federal or state government Windows 7 & Microsoft Office SOE desktop environment

Must have Baseline Clearance and only they will be considered
