Our client is on a mission to build the easiest, simplest and most user-friendly SaaS platform in the country, and they're already halfway there!

Our client has been built by industry leading pioneers in Australia. After the successful sale of the sector leading company they founded, with an abundance of capital and free from the constraints of a large business, together they set their attention on delivering the much-needed application of new technology (web, cloud, mobile) to their industry. Together they designed, coded and released their built-for-user SaaS platform MVP. Established in 2013, their software is now used by 53% of their industry, accounting for more than AUD$20b in transactions per year. Their team has grown to 80, with a Scrum based software engineering group of 30.

Their market-leading and unrivalled B2B platform puts them in a unique position to become the industry's foundation platform for all data, services and technology. This involves extending their solutions for further scale, providing new capabilities, and seamlessly connecting parties across a four million user ecosystem for the first time ever.

They are in the process of enhancing their existing engineering team and are looking to hire a Senior Developer. You will work in a great agile/Scrum culture, where you will be supported by business executives and technical leaders who are all respected experts in software and technology and in their industry.

In their .NET, AWS, Kubernetes, and Vue/Angular based environment, you will utilise new tools and techniques and help take their platform into the future.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven hands-on Senior Developer or Technical Lead, with experience working in successful software product companies.
  • An excellent architect and developer across .Net, AWS and CI/CD & DevOps
  • An expert in modern development techniques e.g. microservices, DDD, DevOps, CI/CD etc.
  • An exceptional communicator and mentor who fosters innovation and collaboration
  • Passion for what you do, and desire to work with others who are similarly driven and skilled.

You should have an alignment to their values as they're important for culture fit and a strong indicator of success (empathy, engagement, curiosity, initiative, delivery).
