Opportunity for an experienced Senior Java Developer to influence the direction of Java Development within the organisation. In doing so you will meet the needs of customers by taking a hands on approach to current development and projects.
As a Senior Java Developer you will be an integral part of the established team in a fast paced agile development environment. You will be able to influence direction and recommend best practice, as well as be commercially astute with a forward thinking attitude to best service the demands of clients
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Java Developer in a software company
- Working experience with JSF, JavaScript, CSS is essential.
- A sound understanding of OO design principle and usage of patterns
- Passion about Test Driven Development with demonstrated experience in practicing it.
- Experience with JUnit, SoapUI, Selenium and JMeter testing tools
- Knowledge of Maven or Ant would be an advantage
- Experience with JBOSS EAP, Red Hat BPM (BPMN), Drools BRMS, FUSE
- Good working knowledge with Oracle and/or SQL Server.

- Agile development and implementation experience (SCRUM)
- Working knowledge of Atlassian toolsets, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.
