Our Federal Government Client is seeking a PEGA Developer.

This is a long-term contract role for 15 months with potential extension for 12 months, located at our client's offices in ACT and VIC. The working arrangements require a minimum of 2 days in the office (Canberra or Melbourne) per week, plus key face-to-face meetings as determined by the delivery manager.

As the selected candidate, you will:

  • Develop high-quality solutions for Features and User Stories.
  • Assist in identifying and managing technical risks alongside the Tech Lead and Solution Architect.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define appropriate design patterns and development designs.
  • Participate in technical deep dive workshops and Proof of Concepts.
  • Contribute to maintaining detailed designs based on user stories and established architecture guidelines.
  • Engage in team activities including refinement, estimations, and planning.
  • Maintain high development standards and participate in peer review and testing.
  • Document product design details and technical work instructions for production deployment.

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • 5+ years of experience developing in Pega, outlining your expertise and achievements.
  • Demonstrated experience working in agile teams, overcoming challenges collectively.
  • Experience developing PaaS and SaaS products, highlighting the business value delivered.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

It is desirable if you have:

  • Experience in Pega 8.8 or 23 Infinity, React/VUE.JS development, and MuleSoft API development.
  • Demonstrated experience with AWS and its applications.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline clearance.
