Participate as a member of the Network & Mobility/Netadmin Team, providing technical support for a large network (550 + sites). Implement timely corrective actions in line with Departmental business requirements.

Administer and support the Department's Data, Voice, Video, WiFi and emerging telecommunications & security equipment and technology environments.

Participate in and co-manage projects, tasks and vendors in the support and development of the telecommunications and security environment and provision of services.

Ability to perform under pressure and realign tasks in accordance with SLA's, priority based requirements and business expectation when necessary. Main tasks will incorporate resolving incidents and requests in a call queue environment, as level 2 and 3 escalation points.

Industry qualifications and/or extensive related experience essential, with a strong focus on Cisco based technologies, including switching and routing, network infrastructure, Wireless and audio-visual platforms.
