Our Professional Service Client is seeking a ITSM Reporting Specialist.

This is a permanent role, based in Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra with remote working arrangements available.

As the selected candidate, you will:

* Configure and generate standard IT Service Management (ITSM) reports, dashboards, and metrics across ITIL Practices using ServiceNow.

* Design, build, and generate insightful reports for Service Management.

* Generate periodical Service Management reports such as Monthly Service Management Metrics, Service Level Reports, and Monthly Service Level Trending and Insights reports.

* Utilize tools like Splunk, Power BI, or similar for reporting purposes.

* Ensure compliance with IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL Practices, and contractual compliance requirements associated with reporting.

To be successful in this role you should have:

* Experience in configuring and generating reports in ServiceNow.

* Strong experience in designing and building reports for Service Management.

* Prior experience in generating periodical Service Management reports.

* Familiarity with Splunk, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

* ServiceNow Administrator Certification will be an added advantage.

It is desirable if you have:

* Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL Practices.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline clearance.
