The Role:
As an IT Support Specialist you will be supporting Enterprise customers and your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating technology issues
- Act as a General Support Person
- Setting Up Laptops, Computers, etc.
- Reimaging Windows or Mac
- Shipment of Goods and Dispatching
Skills/Experience:
- At least 1 Year IT Support related experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Positive personality, motivated and proactive
- Passionate in learning new things
- Linux knowledge is nice to have
