Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Change and Communications Manager.

This is a long-term contract role with an initial contract duration of 4 months, with potential for extension, located at our client's office in ACT, with offsite working arrangements.

As the selected candidate, you will:

* Develop a business change implementation plan to identify required changes to processes, procedures, systems, structures, ways of working using a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change.

* Assess change readiness and capacity including - but not limited to - planning around key business cycles.

* Assess and develop change management capabilities.

* Develop in consultation with internal stakeholders, plans for capital projects including Communications and Engagement plans, training plans, etc.

* Develop a system to monitor the impact of the changes (in particular the RMS upgrade) and strategies to sustain and embed the change based on different scenarios.

* Coach business change managers, specifically the Senior Leadership Team, Section Heads, and Team Leads.

* Provide advice on possible improvements to client's approach to change management and program/project reporting, working with CASA change and program management specialist.

To be successful in this role you should have:

* 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in cultural change management activities in the Australian Public Service agencies that impact the whole organization.

* PROSCI change management certification or equivalent.

* Highly developed communication (oral and written) skills with the ability to clearly articulate information to influence a wide variety of stakeholders and subject matter experts.

It is desirable if you have:

* Experience with program/project reporting.

* Knowledge of CASA's operations and regulatory environment.

Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with Baseline security clearance.
