Our Federal Government Client is seeking an ICT Support Officer!
This is a non-ongoing role with a potential extension and/or permanency, starting ASAP and ending on June 30, 2024. The position is located in Canberra.
As the selected candidate, you will:
Assist with assetting and imaging a new fleet of laptops.
Pack and send hardware to various locations around Australia.
Manage IT store rooms and assist with wiping and disposing of ICT equipment.
Provide support to other End User Computing teams as needed.
Monitor ticket queues, taking action and prioritizing them to ensure prompt and accurate handling.
To be successful in this role you should have:
Strong interpersonal skills.
Some knowledge and interest in ICT.
Initiative, self-motivation, and a positive work ethic.
Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and ServiceNow (MS Office, Teams, and ServiceNow experience preferred).
It is desirable if you have:
Loading dock/logistics experience.
Due to security clearance requirements, candidates must be Australian citizens.
