Our client is a major player in WA, looking for a certified trainer to deliver training, according to change plans at site, 3 days a week. The remaining 2 days a week can be working from home, or working in the office.

The Role:

You will work with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. You will deliver the change plan, and work with operational stakeholders. The main focus of this role is to be responsible for training planning, delivery and execution.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing and planning training content including:
  • Evaluating product training documentation,
  • Determine fit for purpose content use,
  • Define training method and channel and training needs analysis
  • Communications planning and preparation
  • Communications & engagement planning for Execution and Close Out Phases
  • Training plan and material refinement
  • Establish communication and engagement channels for operational stakeholders
  • Delivery and coordination of day to day change activities Including:
  • Training artefacts that are easily understood by the business
  • Training delivery
  • Process review workshops
  • Provide advice, support and coaching to frontline team members to assist with business and change readiness activities.
  • Stakeholder Workshops participant preparation
  • Adoption Planning

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Training, Change Management or Project Certification eg PROSCI, Training Cert III or V OR substantial equivalent experience in the above
  • Recent experience delivering technical change
  • Training planning, execution and delivery
  • Engagement and communications planning
  • Monitoring progress against plans
  • Adoption planning
  • IT implementation experience - would be ideal
