We are looking to hire an experienced Telecommunications trainer for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
This role will be to support the Lead Trainer in delivering training to the various business units. The role will involve training technicians across the various inhouse systems
- Strong experience in developing training and assessment materials for Information systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to different audiences
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Generate training materials/manuals in line with our business process and industry best practise.
- Deliver training to internal staff and contractors on the use of the inhouse Telecommunications Systems.
