- Technical Writing experience
- Knowledge of and experienced in creating, editing and publishing artefacts (documents) using SharePoint2010/13.
- Plan, design, schedule, edit and publish documentation (on PANVIVA).
- Manage & ensure compliance with the technical writing processes for planning, writing, reviewing and delivering documentation.
- Strong Stakeholder and Vendor management Skills.
- Function as a Subject Matter Expert for colleagues on product-, system-, process or documentation-related topics
- Ensure compliance of documentation with all applicable NBN contracts, policies, guidelines and processes.
- Maintain and track all incoming tasks from process owners and stakeholders
