Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver configuration or recommend process changes to meet operational requirements
- Maintain functional and technical documentation
- Become technically conversant with the application offerings
Support:
- CAD application administration
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support
- Timely and efficient resolution of incidents and tasks assigned by customer.
- Fault resolution and change management to agreed change control procedures and managing the release and testing processes
- On call responsibilities as part of a roster
Building your own path to success:
Key skills / experience:
- 5 years' experience in customer facing technical Business Analyst with a support background.
- Strong application support and systems analysis background.
- Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) or emergency services experience highly regarded but not essential.
- Experience with mobility solutions highly regarded but not essential
