Overview: Security Specialist/Solution Architect - Identity, experience with Okta and Microsoft Active Directory, software design architecture experience, integration with automated solutions for password reset/verification
We need a specialist architect to evaluate and design a solution for automated password reset. The project is intending to cut over the extended workforce and recent experience with the last cut over has dramatically increased the cost of the IT Helpdesk with calls to assist.
The solution is intended to resolve password resets with an interactive voice assistant to verify identity and then reset the user's password.
