Software Engineer
Work for a highly respected, global and reputed mining organization in the heart of Perth CBD. Our client is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join their established and forward-thinking team to work on high visibility mining automation projects.
The role will enable you to be involved in the growth and innovation of the organization. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement step-change technologies that sets this business apart from their competitors.
Responsibilities -
- Design, develop, validate and verify software using the engineering life-cycle methodology
- Web app design and functionality, software implementation, software testing and systems integration
- Contribute to a step-change in usability and functionality of the SCT software
- Work on major technological developments in the fields of software design and web-app design
- Work closely with our client's Operations workforce and technology developers to implement robust technology that allows the business to be the leader in Mining operations that are safe, consistent, reliable, efficient and smart
Skills -
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- JavaScript ES10+ (Typescript experience highly regarded)
- Vue.js (strong preference)
- Simulation and testing
- COUCH DB
- Node.js (preferred not essential)
