The role will predominantly involve training the latest pool of talented graduates, helping shape and develop their future by providing the skills they need to succeed as Technical Consultants. You will be working in a team of talented individuals, utilising your industry knowledge and sharing it with the future generation.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring junior team members and has solid industry experience in software development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivering Technical training modules effectively and to a high standard
- Assessing and grading trainee work
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience as a Technical Trainer
- 3 years of commercial experience in Software Development with Object Orientated languages (Java preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proactive approach to learning new technologies to broaden coverage of existing technical modules
