Our client our on the lookout for a SPM to join a busy government project with Service Now understanding/experience. The PM should be able to connect with stakeholders that would be impacted with service now works and analyse the impact/benefits to them.

  • Ensure Service Now Governance process for deployment is followed by Capgemini or other developers. We will provide the governance framework.
  • Participates in steer co's, squads and other meetings and can report accurately on project deliverables and their status.
  • Be able to govern and understand parallel service now programs / projects and navigate to ensure expectations and governance requirements are met for each deployment.
  • Be able to manage one or more Service Now deliverable programs where time and effort permits.
