Our client is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager. Working closely with business stakeholders you will be responsible for ensuring Service Delivery processes are in place to meet organisational needs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain high performing service support functions including IT Service Desk, Desktop
  • As owner of the escalation process you will take ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and
  • procedures are in place and followed
  • Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance.
  • Full ownership of 3rd party relationships and adherence of vendors to agreed service charges
  • Maintain relationships with technical teams, IT and business partners

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent
  • 8+ years IT industry experience
  • 5+ years working in IT Service Management
  • Foundation or above ITIL v3 Certificate
  • Strong vendor management experience
