Our client a leading healthcare company is currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join its IT team on a contract basis. In this role you will be responsible for leading the IT Function through management of service. You will work closely with suppliers to identify areas of improvement ensuring fit for purpose, ensuring SLA's are met.
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain service strategies for new or existing services
- Act as a coordination point for incident, change and problem management
- Build and maintain the data architecture roadmap and strategy
- Manage vendors and 3rd party suppliers ensuring SLA's are being met
- Ensuring all standards and policies are managed and maintained
- Full ownership of all ITIL services including design and delivery
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong Service Delivery Management experience
- Experience with the ITIL framework
- Excellent Communication Skills
