Our Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior UX Service Designer.
As a Senior UX Service Designer you will:
- Help lead building Service Design capability within the client
- Take a lead role in service design activities, including for digital transformation initiatives
- Help produce service design artefacts, including service blueprints, journey maps and roadmaps
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, including helping set the direction of the Departments user centred design framework.
The successful candidate must, have experience in:
- Ethnographic research
- Interviews
- Blueprints
- Personas
- User Stories
- Journey Maps
- Card Sorting
- Prototyping
- Wireframing
- Workshops
- Establishing and managing User Centred Design frameworks and standards, including guidance material.
