Our Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior UX Service Designer.

As a Senior UX Service Designer you will:

  • Help lead building Service Design capability within the client
  • Take a lead role in service design activities, including for digital transformation initiatives
  • Help produce service design artefacts, including service blueprints, journey maps and roadmaps
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, including helping set the direction of the Departments user centred design framework.

The successful candidate must, have experience in:

  • Ethnographic research
  • Interviews
  • Blueprints
  • Personas
  • User Stories
  • Journey Maps
  • Card Sorting
  • Prototyping
  • Wireframing
  • Workshops
  • Establishing and managing User Centred Design frameworks and standards, including guidance material.
