About the Role
As a Sharepoint Web Developer you participate in the development of an information management capability. You will work on the migration from a local SharePoint server to SharePoint Online
You will be responsible for web development and the migration, development and implementation of the Online SharePoint solution, this will improve accessibility, add new functionality and make it user and business interface friendly to roll out
Responsibilities
- Design and develop quality SharePoint software and solutions
- Design, code and modify the Intranet site, from layout to function
- Create a visually appealing site with user- friendly design and clear navigation
- Drive the analysis and design of technical solutions
- Participate in all phases of product development lifecycle
- Develop design specifications and parameters
Experience
- Experienced as a Sharepoint Web Developer
- Advanced skills using SharePoint and the concepts, methodologies and development tool set
- Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Some understanding of CMS - JOOMLA
- Experience in web development, integrating software with existing systems across several technologies
- Advanced knowledge of workflow and forms architecture in SharePoint
- Experience with workflow, SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
- Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint using SharePoint API, Object Model, web parts web services, workflows, site collections/structure
- In depth knowledge with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, WF, LINQ
- Experience in designing, modelling, securing, supporting, and deploying SharePoint apps in Office 365
