Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their integration team. The team is responsible for the delivery of software and infrastructure projects primarily within a carrier network. This is a high-profile position where strong stakeholder management skills will ensure success.
The role:
- All aspects of project delivery from initial evaluation to realisation into operational network;
- Communicating test approach to ensure risk mitigation strategy, key milestone & deliveries with partners and suppliers;
- Take accountability across the range of technologies, leading detailed investigations, defining the test approach, highlighting any significant risks and translating into recommendations;
- Develop project statement of works and project schedule
- Ensure budget and resource requirements are identified and progressed as per programme/project demand;
- Track all project interdependencies, providing risk analysis, prioritisation, trade off options and recommendations to stakeholders to ensure successful delivery to time, cost and quality;
The candidate:
- A seasoned Senior Project Manager with an understand of Software as a Service
- Experience working in telecommunications for a carrier ideal but not essential
- A project management certification - Prince 2, PMP and PmBok is also desirable
- Understands infrastructure and applications
- Strong stakeholder management
