Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer - Voice/Unified Communications to join their operations and support team. The team is responsible for delivering hosting solutions around unified communications and providing ongoing operational support.
The role:
- Work with an enthusiastic and supportive team for a calm and approachable manager
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level operational support
- Deliver unified communications hosting solutions -SIP Trunking, Unified Communications as a Service
- Work with voice product manager and IT to integrate systems
- Develop documentation including network plans, strategies, and roadmaps
The candidate:
- Extensive experience in voice network operations, design and planning (Designer or Network Engineer considered)
- Expert in Unified Communications particularly with Cisco technologies
- Experience of Hosted Telephony, SIP Trunking core networking / devices
- Experience with Broadworks and Oracle Session Border Controller
- Primary looking for a voice specialist however any extra data, MPLS or IP network knowledge could add to your application
- CCIE - preferred or equivalent work experience
- PR or above needed
