Our large corporate client is currently seeking a Senior Java Consultant to commence work immediately to service one of their high profile Government clients. This is an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end development
- Gathering system and user requirements
- Deployment and maintenance of functional, secure and high-quality applications
- Prioritize, assign and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle
- Development of Java 8 applications
- Design database architecture
- Schedule product releases with internal teams
- Ensure our applications are secure and up-to-date
Skills:
- Java 8
- SpringBoot
- JSF
- Docker/Containerisation
- CSS/XML/HTML etc
- Experience in Web Front Ends
- SQL Server
