This role as Change Manager, Portfolio will work as part of the Change Management Office leadership team and provides oversight for a number of our key change projects. This role will guide a team of change practitioners to advise and deliver change services to achieve business outcomes in line with agreed scope.

The projects assigned within this portfolio will focus on operational change within parts of our organisation and will work closely with the executive, key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure our services meet their needs.

It is intended that this role will be a hands on delivery role for change management whilst also managing and coaching a team of practitioners for planning and delivery of change initiatives.

You will have

  • Significant experience in the delivery of IT programs and large business transformation programs
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
  • Ability to lead, coach, engage and motivate staff through transformational change
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience in risk and issue management
  • Strong cross functional and stakeholder management skills
