Day to day responsibilities
- Lead a team of change managers, providing advice and coaching for a variety of diverse tasks or problems.
- Establish and maintain an effective change management framework and processes that are fit for the organisation.
- Ensure regulatory change is managed to support the highest levels of compliance.
- Engage with key stakeholders, to ensure best in class change readiness and delivery, including balancing resource priorities and timelines.
- Provide insights into change effectiveness and outcomes as required.
- Excited to stay at the forefront of change methodologies and lead the uplift in change capability.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience building or set up of Change Management Practice in an Enterprise Organisation.
- In-depth demonstratable change management and change leadership experience, ideally some working in an Agile environment.
- Proven exceptional people leadership skills and experience.
- Outstanding stakeholder and communication skills.
- Experience within a banking environment strongly preferred.
- Experience establishing and optimising change frameworks and capability.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
