Our client is looking for a Senior Change Consultant to join a large transformation project. Working closely with the business you will be leading change management initiatives including change plans, readiness assessments.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
- Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change;
- Identifying risks and issues, and developing risk and issues management interventions
- Preparing change documentation
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Experience as a Change Manager
- Change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Previous experience in execution of change and communications
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
