Our client is looking for a Senior Change Consultant to join a large transformation project. Working closely with the business you will be leading change management initiatives including change plans, readiness assessments.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
  • Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change;
  • Identifying risks and issues, and developing risk and issues management interventions
  • Preparing change documentation


Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous Experience as a Change Manager
  • Change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Previous experience in execution of change and communications
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
