Our client is looking for a Senior Change Analyst who has operated as a unified team and building relationships with business SME's, the Senior Change Analyst work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure the change deliverable they are responsible for support the overall change objectives.
This role provides advice and assistance to Training Leads, input into the learning strategies and skills improvement solutions on all programme and BAU training needs that they are engaged in.
Skills required:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- 4+years experience in organisational change and delivery
- Proven experience in understanding of different approaches
- Proven experience in developing and delivering projects
- Scoping organisation change development and design
- Developing strategies and plans
- strong written and oral communication is a must
- Strong knowledge of PROSCI methodology
- Telecommunication experience is essential
