Our client a large Victorian Governent Department is looking for a brilliant Salesforce Architect / Developer to assist with a large scale enterprise project.
Role Responsibilities:
- Salesforce development, enhancements, break & fix defect repair, Unit code testing
- Work autonomously with key stakeholders to identify and evaluate proposed business solutions
- Document solutions and compare options before providing recommendations to key stakeholders
- Provide forward and strategic thinking to identify and design enterprise services that promote re-usability
- Prototype the proposed solutions to demonstrate feasibility of the solutions
- Work with analysts to design and provide solution cost estimates
- Provide guidance to project teams on technical issues that may impact the solution and its implementation
- Lead the planning, design, implementation, and management of technical environments required to deliver application software or services
Skills and Experience:
- Solid experience as an Application / Solution Architect, working for medium to large government or commercial organisations
- Understand, advocate, and support the programs strategy
- Review and interpret business requirements and user stories gathered to identify potential solutions
- Co-ordinating technical teams across a program of work to ensure the development, design and requirements align
- Extensive experience in integration patterns, service development (SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs), API management and SOA framework, as well as messaging formats (JSON and XML)
- Experience developing and embedding technical practices in Engineering team
- Experience and knowledge of network and infrastructure security principles applicable to solution designs
- Demonstrated experience with Agile SDLC
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool sets
- Ability to work flexible hours
Nice to have Skills and Experience:
- Hold relevant Salesforce Certifications
- Experience LWC Lightning component, experience working with Salesforce Community and Salesforce Digital Engagement
- Experience with GIT Source control
- Experience configuring and developing solutions for Salesforce
- Experience with full deployment, delta deployment and design and implementation of CI\CD pipelines for Salesforce apps
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool sets
- Experience with MuleSoft integration
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services
