Our client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Quality Engineering Portfolio Leader to join their team.
The Quality Engineering Portfolio Leader will:
- Manage a portfolio of programs/projects that require quality engineering resources and outcomes in order to successfully deliver high quality software solutions.
- Estimate and provide consultancy to programs/projects in the planning/MVP stages of program delivery.
- Work with the customer (Project Managers, Product Owners, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and Quality Architects) to be at the forefront of continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivery risk is articulated appropriately and managed at the right levels, to ensure minimised impact.
What we're looking for:
- Experienced in commercial technology with 12 years industry experience
- Experienced software developer in test with 8 years exp
- Portfolio/Program & Resource Management experience in large corporate environment.
- Relevant tertiary education
- Thought leader, understanding big picture strategy, while developing bottom-up solutions.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills, articulate in communicating solutions & benefits.
- Manage Quality Engineering engagements, estimation planning through to closure.
