Our client, one of the leaders in Retail Industry is looking for Permanent Project Manager x 2 to join within P&C (HR) team
We are looking someone with Strong Project Management expereince within HR/Payroll preferably Successfactors
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects spanning business and IT, to achieve business objectives
- Manage scope, cost & schedule, risks, vendors & teams
- Establish and follow processes to ensure appropriate governance and clear communication
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately
Skills & Experience
- Has a proven record of delivering small projects / initiatives that involve
- managing 1-2 functional areas
- leading and working with dispersed teams
- managing cost and schedule
- Demonstrated skills with managing Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Communication, Risk and Stakeholder Management
- Behavioral skills driving successful project management: stakeholder partnership, accountability, learning agility
- Formal Project Management accreditation (Desirable) eg. Diploma of PM, CPPM/Reg PM, PMP, Prince2
- Experience with HR/Payroll projects preferably SuccessFactors
