About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in SAP projects roles to assist the Program Manager in tracking the project, managing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
This is a global function that begins with project inception and allows you to contribute to project strategy, feasibility, and key decision making for this four-year programme.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning of project resource requirements during project execution and subsequent recruiting
- Business resource and secondment planning
- Working with the implementation partner, production of detailed project timeline
- Creation and management of project budget
- Project stakeholder management, ensuring appropriate levels of engagement for important decisions
- Monitoring project progress and motivating the team to meet deliverables
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar PM capacity is required.
- Experience with Payroll System Implementation (ERP preferable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and requires little supervision.
- People management - experience leading large teams.
- Use of Microsoft Project and other office products.
