Program Coordinator

About the role
- Accurate financial management and reporting of the project portfolio
- Maintain a portfolio view of resource and pipeline demand/requirements
- Collate and report on key program and portfolio performance metrics
- Preparation of packs for Steering Committees and other executive forums as required.
- Support corporate-specific project management & business analysis processes, tools and disciplines in accordance with the various divisional program offices
- Ensure the accurate and timely capture of information
- Ensure project management tools and repositories support the accurate capture and reporting of project metric information
- Manage the placement of purchase orders and commercial documentation / financial approvals
- Support the Portfolio Manager with administrative assistance as required.
Essential skills
- Experience with Google Apps
- Experience with Cloud-based technologies
- SAP Financials, Ariba experience
- PPM Tool experience - e.g. Clarity, Sentient or equivalent
- Proven Project Coordinator Experience
- Financial management experience in a Project environment (Forecasting and Actuals)
- Understand of the Project Lifecycle and Methodologies
- Risks and Issues Management Experience (Collect, Update, Coordinate closure)
- Procurement Management experience (Statement of work, contracts, approvals)
- Great Ability to Multi-task in a busy Project Environment
- Experience in Project Management, including 9 core functions of Project Management
