Our client is seeking to engage an Organisational Change Manager, who will work across a range of aspects including workforce transition planning (establishing new teams and ways of working); transitioning employees and customers to new tools; benefits realisation activities; maximising change leadership and network; business readiness; facilitation and coordination of super users and domain specialists as part of a high performing, multi-disciplinary team.



The primary duties of the role include:

  • Degree qualified or practitioner certification in a recognised change management framework with 5 or more years' experience in Organisational Change Management.
  • Extensive experience developing communications, training management, building relationships, coaching and facilitating constructive conversations that challenge the status quo, and promote adoption of new behaviours, mindsets and practices.
  • Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders including vendors to form a unified "one team" mindset with a common goal of realising benefits for the business, customers and employees.
  • Broad experience in working on Agile projects (SAFe preferred) aligning organisation change management activities to Agile delivery.
  • Broad experience in large scale digital transformation projects within the Local/State/Federal Government or within a large corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality outputs and outcomes for the project.
  • Strong time management and work prioritisation skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to work with other project employees in a collaborative and respectful manner.
