Our government client is seeking an experienced Change and Communication Manager to work on an exciting new IT platform.

As a Change and Communication Manager you have excellent writing skills for:

  • Communicating with external and internal stakeholders, by:
    • Periodic messaging;
    • Development of briefs;
    • Responding to stakeholder correspondence;
    • And developing training and support material including User Guides, Cheat Sheets and Training Videos.
  • Planning, delivering and facilitating stakeholder workshops, forums, training and other activities associated with the roll out of the new system;
  • Proofreading, developing and revising communication and training artefacts for the projects requirements

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in:

  • Preparing briefs and support documents such as Ministerial briefings, executive briefs and stakeholder messaging;
  • Creating Communication and Training Artefacts for stakeholders;
  • Planning, delivering and facilitating stakeholder workshops, forums, training and other activities that are essential to the successful role out of the project;
  • Training Stakeholders prior experience and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
