My client are a very high profile Fin-tech, who build market leading funds management automation software products.
We are looking for a tech lead to oversee one of their new product teams for an intial 6 months. To be suitable, you will be a 'as good as they get' C# developer and also a calm and experienced leader who can guide a very good dev team. You will also have experience building highly complex real time solutions, and will probably have finance products exposure.
Our client is one of the better dev environments in Australia. Their dev teams are heavily involved in product, and super engaged and enjoy what they do, they have senior leadership who understand development intimately and know the value of dev done well and they follow really good and disciplined practices - Agile, DevOps, Microservices etc.
