Job Description

Peoplebank Canberra currently has on offer a long-term contract opportunity for a Level 2 Service Desk Analyst to join our high-profile Federal Government Department client. The services will include and not be limited to:

  • A sound knowledge in basic ICT troubleshooting
  • Investigate, triage and resolve level 2 incidents and requests via an incident management systems (HPSM)
  • Experience in SAP CRM System
  • Experience in SAP Payment System.
