An industry leading client is seeking an Application Developer (Java) for a contract role that will be responsible for development & testing utilizing Java development.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience in Microsoft .Net development would be a definite advantage
- Software design, coding, verification & documentation for complex applications & scripts;
- QA best practise procedures;
- Development estimation & scheduling;
Key skills:
- Strong experience in a server side OR API development role;
- Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate
- Experience in Microsoft .Net development would be a definite advantage
- Solid database knowledge, particularly Oracle
- Previous experience working with Agile Methodology;
- Strong analytical ability;
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written;
- Ability to work within a team environment or independently.
