Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team (development team, product owner, service designer test and change management team) during sprints and facilitate discussions
- Lead the team, identify and remove impediments within the projects to ensure the team is running efficiently
- Proactively manage demand and capacity with key stakeholders to deliver on prioritised and approved demand
- Product backlog refinement
Skills and experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience working as an iteration manager or similar roles in large complex IT environments
- Experienced in running agile/scrum teams
- Strong experience in backlog grooming
- Analytical thinker with the ability to look at the program from a strategic perspective
