Our client is a large and successful Australian Bank who are looking for an Implementation Manager to implement new standards, reporting and governance processes throughout the Organisation to improve Model Governance
Responsibilities:
- Implement modelling standards - Quant models
- Implement process, roles and accountabilities for models
- Leverage technology to automate processes
- Lead change management and stakeholder efforts for model governance initiatives
Skills and experience:
- 5 years+ experience leading in modelling
- Must have Banking/Financial Services experience
- Project management and negotiation experience
- Commercial orientation, financial literacy and a passion for problem solving
- Strong communication skills, including experience in preparing written stakeholder updates and presenting to various sized audiences
- Experience drafting standards or policies and worked in reporting role
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as business, risk management, science
