The Role
Looking for a new role next year …. We are seeking multiple IT support technicians to provide the IT support of hardware, software and Audio-visual equipment across the company userbase. The successful candidate will have had 3-5 years' experience with a customer focused approach
Key Skills and Responsibilities
- General Desktop support
- Troubleshooting tickets
- installation of Hardware and software,
- moving of equipment and wiring
- preparing laptops
- Excellent team Player
- Basic Networking experience
- Experience across Windows, Microsoft and Mac
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good phone manner
- support of printers, projectors and tablets
- Support of Audio-visual equipment ( desirable)
