Peoplebank are currently recruiting for two ICT Service Desk Analyst roles for one our best clients, based in the Adelaide CBD.

These are initial 3 month contracts, with rolling extensions from there.

You must have at least 2 to 3 years prior ICT Service Desk experience, working in a structured (ideally ITIL) environment.

Responsibilities Include

  • First level, phone based IT support role for a large internal customer base
  • Strong focus on first call resolution.
  • Experience working with call logging tools
  • ITIL training / experience would be ideal (not essential).
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Good problem solving / troubleshooting
  • Team player
  • Working with Children's Check (formally DCSI Child related check) required prior to commnemcnet
