We are looking for a change training lead to assist with a long term project.

Our Client is in the process of modernising its telephony and contact centre platforms.
This program will impact every staff member, as well as organisations that uses the Telephony platform including two small government organisations and the contact centre outsource providers.

All staff will have new phones, a new instant messaging application and a new way to handle voice mail. Some staff will use a new interface to do their work.

The Program will require training plans, coordination, material and delivery/execution. The Training Lead will liaise with the client Learning team and vendors for training content, procedures and governance. Training will be undertaken with the strong support of the clients Learning section. The trainer will be responsible for the:

  • training needs analysis
  • training plan, including audiences, channels, timing, key messages (with scheduled deliverable such as learning, coaching, delivery/coordination of training, briefings, and knowledge support for adoption). This will include campaigns for train the trainer, training champions and super-users
  • instructional design and development/coordination of training materials
  • coordination/delivery of training as required.
