One of our clients is looking for an IT Asset Management Analyst for an initial 6-month contract based in Melbourne CBD
Skills Required:
- ITIL Certified, demonstrated experience implementing and managing Service Asset and Configuration Management processes
- Ability to support Service Asset and Configuration Management processes
- Utilise service and asset oriented framework for onboarding, modifying and retiring technical services and assets
- Execute Service Asset and Configuration Management Processes
- Maintain the Service Asset and Configuration Management Definitions using the defined processes when changes are required
- Implement any necessary preventive and/or corrective actions resulting from reported issues, risks and audits associated with the Service Asset and Configuration Management Process
