About the Company:
Our client, a leading Wealth Management organisation have a requirement for an HRIS Consultant (Workday) to join their team.
Purpose:
- As an SME contribute to the design of an end to end HRIS solution (Workday) for a Wealth Organisation separation.
- Undertake project activity as directed by the Product Owner to ensure all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- You will draw on generalist HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; Remuneration and Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services provision, HR Systems data administration.
Knowledge:
- HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; Remuneration and Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services provision, People Systems data administration.
- Knowledge of relevant Workday modules would be a significant advantage.
- HCM implementation, data migration functional experience.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; Remuneration and Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services provision, People Systems data administration.
- Experience with HRIS/HCM Systems (SAAS) implementations, ideally Workday, highly advantageous.
- Experience working in a Workday Admin role - Security Admin, Business Process Admin etc.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-changing environments.
- Experience in data mapping and advanced excel skills.
- Experience and knowledge of Wealth business & processes would be an advantage.
- Experience in working within a Separation initiative would be an advantage.
