Key responsibilities
- You will be required to take a design and convert this into a static functional website/web application comprising of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Use your experience and expertise to help guide the overall UX
- Be involved in team discussions to provide input on the direction of solutions
- Plan, track and manage your work items to provide a clear indication on project status
- Good communication skills and used to working withing extended team.
Key competencies
- Intimate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in developing web applications, experience with mobile applications would be a bonus.
- Experience using and developing RESTful API's
- Experience building fully responsive UI with cross-browser/device development and testing
- Experience developing components and rich applications in React
- Experience with Git/version control
Skills
JQuery, NodeJS, Node sass, Bootstrap, Handle Bars, Metalsmith, Plop, Webpack, HTML5, CSS and Responseive design RESTful APIs
Knowledge
- Experience with the Atlassian suite of tools ie, Jira/BitBucket/confluence etc
- Experience working with Surge and Figma or similar design collaboration tools
- An understanding of core programming concepts and design patterns
Abilities

Experience & qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in software engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline
- 1-2+ years of experience with web related front-end software development
