Our client is currently looking for a Finance Application Support Analyst to join its IT team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for application maintenance and support of financial applications.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support current configuration of existing systems, upgrades to existing systems and implementations of new modules
- Provide phone and remote desktop support to end users
- Liaising with vendors when issues cannot be resolved internally
- Ensure applications meet business requirements
- Ensure that all policies and practices are properly documented
- Document and provide user training
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Degree in IT or relevant discipline
- Proven track record of supporting/ maintaining financial applications
- Good understanding of finance
- Experience with FinanceOne
- Experience with Crystal Reports
- Experience with ipm
- Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills
