Peoplebank are currently recruiting for multiple Desktop Support Analyst and ICT Infrastructure Engineer roles for one our best clients, based in the Adelaide CBD.
These are initial contracts to the end of financial year - 30th June 2019 (with extensions highly likely)
These roles involve:
- Desktop Support of Corporate customers at Head office,
AND / OR
- On-site network infrastructure Support (at various sites within Adelaide)
You will be assigned to one of these two support functions but will also be required to cross over into the other from time to time.
Skills required:
- Ideally skilled in both Desktop / EUC support, as well as and basic network support configuration. But strong skills in at least one is essential.
- Personal presentation and excellent communication skills are vital.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- A team player, who is able to take responsibility for their own work load, you will work to SLA's and always ensure your customer (all internally facing staff) and delighted with your service.
