We are looking for Melbourne's best Data Centre Engineer to joining a large busy telecommunication client team and be able to work through large volume incident management.
This high performance team needs like minded technical engineers to join them.
Key Duties:
- Ability to build infrastructure solutions
- engage with clients
- Ticket Management to SLA's
- Compliance with Change, Incident & Problem Management
You'll need experience in the following:
- 3-5 years in IT Service Delivery
- Virtualisation experience VMware, XEN or Hyper-V
- 3 years Networking & Firewall - CISCO, Juniper and F5
- 3 Years of Windows & Linux
- Must have ITIL v3 certification
- Disaster Recovery methodology and planning
- must have a desire to help the customer through solutions
- Previous experience in working with large Data Centres essential
- Telecommunication industry experience would be desirable
