Responsibilities
- Lead reviews of cluster e-Recruitment processes and influence agencies to improve recruitment practices.
- Institute optimal end to end system functionality to maximise efficiencies and cost savings from the e- Recruitment system.
- Develop and manage e-Recruitment data reporting to provide both strategic and operational insights on e-Recruitment for executives, HR practitioners and policy makers across the NSW public sector.
- Maximise online advertising, job board linkages and website efficiencies across the NSW public sector to attract candidates to the e-Recruitment site.
- Design, develop and deliver e-Recruitment training in all formats as required by legislative and system changes to support system users.
